FlexSport Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the FlexSport app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree, do not use the App.

2. License & Restrictions

Limited License: We grant you a non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Actions: You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative versions of the App.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App’s source code.
  • Violate intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, etc.) owned by Sunkel, Felix.

3. In-App Purchases (IAP) & Subscriptions

The App offers optional IAPs (e.g., premium features). Payments are processed via Google Play Store or Apple App Store — we do not handle payment data.

Refunds: Managed solely by the app stores. Contact their support for issues.

4. User Responsibilities

Device Security: Keep your device secure. Jailbreaking/rooting may compromise functionality and void support.

Internet Costs: You are responsible for data charges from your mobile provider.

Updates: The App may require updates or OS compatibility changes. We cannot guarantee perpetual support.

5. Third-Party Services

The App relies on:

  • Google Play Services (Terms)
  • Apple App Store (Terms)
  • Firebase Analytics (Terms)

These services have their own terms, and we are not liable for their actions.

6. Disclaimers

No Warranty: The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for:

  • Damages from App misuse, device failure, or third-party actions.
  • Data loss or costs incurred while using the App.

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your license ends.
  • You must delete the App from your device.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check the "Last Updated" date for revisions.
